1
Building Data Pipelines:
We used Hevo Data to create pipelines from each data source. Some platforms, like ManyChat and ClickFunnels, didn't have existing connectors. So we rolled up our sleeves and built custom ones. It was tricky, but it meant we could pull in every bit of data Dan needed.
2
Setting Up The Data Warehouse
We needed a central place to store all this data. We set up a robust data warehouse, carefully structuring it so we could query it quickly and efficiently.
3
Data Modeling:
This is where things got interesting. We had to figure out how to connect data from different sources in a way that made sense for Dan's business. We spent time understanding his sales process, his marketing funnel, and his team's workflow to create models that reflected the real world.
4
Building the Dashboard:
With the data in place, we created visualizations that brought it to life. We focused on key metrics like MRR, ad spend, conversion rates, and team performance. We made sure Dan could filter by date ranges and drill down into specific campaigns or products.
5
Streamlining Hubspot:
We realized that some of the data inconsistencies were coming from Hubspot. So we worked with Dan's team to optimize their CRM processes, ensuring clean, accurate data was flowing into our system.
